About Nicola
Nicola has been a qualified massage therapist for well over a decade initially qualifying in Swedish massage before moving onto aromatherapy, Indian head massage, pregnancy massage and la stone therapy. Deciding to Combine her love of massage with her enjoyment of sports Nicola trained in clinical Sports and Remedial massage in Loughborough and presently holds a Level 5 qualification in Sports and Remedial Massage.
Nicola is a fully affiliated member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial massage (IRSM) and
has provided post event massage support at the London marathon
Many of Nicola's clients include people that are involved in sports and active hobbies which include running, cycling, dancers, gardeners, golfers, netball players, hockey players, skiers and tennis players however it is not only those with an energetic lifestyle that seek treatment. Clients also consist of office based workers and people in very repetitive jobs that lead them to suffer from aches and pains or to aid those in a rehabilitation process from various injuries and operations.
